Shipping policy
When does my order ship?
Most orders will ship same day.
Occasionally we hold orders for security verification, those will not ship the same day. These situations include an IP mismatch or credit card issued from one country but the order is shipping to another. We hold these to stop credit card fraud. If your order is put on hold, we will contact you right away.
Shipping in the US
To get the cost of shipping your order simply start the checkout process. Once your address has been entered into the right places, our system will automatically display which methods are available to you, and their costs of shipping to your location.
Delivery times vary by location and service method chosen. The best way to view the options available to you is to start the checkout process and enter your address for our cart to pull the available methods that are used by us.
Shipping Methods International

You are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed on the package at customs, these charges are controlled by your country, and Ellusionist has no way to mitigate these.
Any packages that are refused or unclaimed in customs and are returned to our warehouse will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Any package that is refused or abandoned in customs and is disposed of by that country, or otherwise not returned to us will NOT be refunded.
