Mid-2019 we had a meeting with Danny to scratch off one item from his bucket list... visiting Nepal. Our goal, to bring the magic community something authentic. No fancy penthouses & no room service.

This next one is VOYAGE - an exploration of '3-fly' that transcends the visual limitations of the plot and adds juicy layers of audible deception.

All 3 routines are completely gimmickless and possible with your choice of coins.

If you're looking to upskill your coin work, you can learn:

  • NAVI - 3 different coins fly through the air and into the awaiting hand, 1 by 1, without the hands EVER coming together. This is the cleanest and most fooling 3-fly we've EVER seen.

  • SILVER ECHOES - A 4 coin '3-fly' where the deception is layered with audible tricks, as well as visual. You hear the coins leave the one hand and arrive in the other, but with closed fists and nothing to see, it HAS to be magic.

  • DRAGON FLY - Crossed-legged and crossed-armed, Danny teaches a flawless 3-fly of silver coins that are shown cleanly the entire way through. This routine has that stunning visual moment where you definitely gasped while watching it.

I loved his project voyage, not just the trick but how he explains the neuroscience that makes the magic stronger. Also any download he puts out is well worth the price. Why you might ask? Well he's a great teacher, he sets you up for success on the tricks. that is if you are willing to put in the work. Overall great downloads.

Danny delivers!

Danny gives us 3 of his awesome coins across routines. Some of the moves are pretty technical and will need lots of practice. But if you’re a coin guy like myself, this is exactly the kind of content you’ll love. Dragonfly was my favorite!

Summary

Writing not one but two one-star reviews because of something ?missing? from the video is absurd. Danny is great at doing AND teaching. Pay no mind to the bad reviews, this is right on par with Silversmith and all of Danny?s work. Worth every penny.

Danny?s projects are always completely and clearly explained with multiple angles and slow-Mo and his routines are well constructed with no unnecessary movements.

All three of these routines are fantastic. Dragonfly might just be my new favorite 3fly and I can?t stop practicing Navi because it?s so much fun. If you like coin magic then this is a must-have.

As always, Danny?s presentation is excellent. The slights are thoroughly and clearly explained (and shown from multiple angles (and slo-mo).
